WANT TO KNOW HOW 1:1 COACHING WORKS?

  • We begin with a free one-on-one consultation video call to see if it is a good fit for both you and the coach.

    We will ask questions to learn more about you, your goals, and what you hope to achieve with a coach by your side to make sure this is something we can help with.

    We also want to provide an opportunity to ask any questions you have and voice any concerns to make sure this is a good fit for you as well.

    If it is a good fit, then we will get you set up an onboarding call to get you set up in our app, create your profile, choose your coach, and schedule your first call with your coach.

  • Call #1 with your coach is to get to know you more, what you are trying to achieve, what is holding you back, etc, in order to create a personalized game plan for you to succeed.

    Call #2 with your coach, who will review the game plan, make adjustments if needed, answer your questions, and then hit the ground running!

  • Based on what you and your coach discuss, we’ll design a nutrition and/or fitness plan to help you reach your goals sustainably.

    Your plan will be 100% individualized, so there’s no way for us to say exactly what it will look like, nor is it ethical to do so.

    But you can expect to:

    • Have the accountability and guidance you need to create autonomy and confidence to do this on your own eventually.

    • Get the support you need to navigate through any problems/ hurdles you may run into during your journey to ensure you reach your goals.

    • Have a coach in your corner who will truly care for you as a person and want you to leave better both mentally and physically than when you started.

  • You and your coach will work together to make the changes SUSTAINABLY.
    Being busy, night outs, date nights, traveling, vacation, holidays, etc

    These things will never go away.

    In order to get real, sustainable results, you have to learn how to do it despite these everyday circumstances.

    This is why meal plans, restrictive diets, and cookie-cut programs do not work long-term.

    Sooner or later, you will go back to what you were doing before, which leads you to where you are now.

    You and your coach will work together to make the changes while living your life.

    You will lose fat, build muscle, improve health, etc, while enjoying date nights, learning how to manage the holidays, going on vacation, and so much more, instead of trapping yourself in a prison.

  • One of the biggest mistakes people make that causes them to lose all the results they worked hard for is that they have no exit game plan.

    They go from being in a calorie deficit, following a program, having external accountability from a coach, tracking their food, etc., to nothing at all.

    Without an exit game plan, the person will go back to what they were doing, which will lead to yo-yo dieting.

    In order to avoid losing all the hard work you put in, you and your coach will teach you how to trust yourself to do things without them in your corner, learn how to maintain results without tracking all the time, and have the autonomy and strategy to do this on your own.

    By the time you have completed this, you will have become the CEO of your health and ready to graduate from Thriving On!

  • On average, it takes 2 to 7 days to jump on your first call with your coach, but it entirely depends on you and your coach’s availability.

  • 100%!

    We encourage our clients to make it a family affair.

    You can bring your family to your coaching calls or group calls, have your significant other do the workouts with you, and more.

  • Yes! If you have a preference for a coach, you can express your interest on the Consult Call. If the coach has an available spot, we will put you on their roster.

  • We work with all types of experience levels and goals.

    As long as your goal is to become the CEO of your health for life, this is the place for you!

  • If you have a program that is working for you, then Health and Nutrition Coaching is for you!

  • No worries. If you sign up for Fitness Coaching, your coach will personalize your workouts based on your goals, the equipment you have access to, your lifestyle, and more.

  • Busy is what we do!

    In today’s day and age, almost everyone can potentially identify as “busy.”

    It’s our responsibility to learn how to get things done despite being busy, and our coaches are ready to help you achieve that.

  • Besides the various ways you can keep in touch with your coach, like video chats, in-app messaging, voice messaging, etc.

    And here's the best part – if you ever happen to slip off track for a few days, your coach will reach out to you and chat about strategies to help you bounce back.

    To put it simply, no matter which program you choose, you'll have a structured routine, such as weekly video catch-ups and progress check-ins, and you'll always have someone by your side to motivate and support you if things go a bit off course.

  • Just like you want to test drive a car or walk through a house before making a commitment, we want also to give our clients an opportunity to “test drive” coaching before making commitment.

    If you end up finding that it is not a good fit with in the first 30 Days, we will refund your money.

    All we ask in return is to jump on an Exit Call to provide some insight as to how we can get better!

  • Just like you want to test drive a car or walk through a house before committing, we also want to give our clients an opportunity to “test drive” coaching before committing.

    If you give it a chance and end up not liking it, we will refund your money and wish you the best.

    Our policy is for the first 30 days because that’s usually enough time to know if it is working out or not.
